Ewalt Cesinger - b. 28 Apr 1902 ∼ From The Rosenberg Herald 17 June 1927 [surname spelled Sesinger in obituary] - Death came to George Sesinger after an attack of heart trouble. Mr. Sesinger was born January 23, 1870 in Lisbon, Wisconsin, most of his boyhood days were spent in Kansas. At the age of 16, he came to Texas with his parents, living in the Fairchilds community. On January 22, 1893 he was married to Miss Elly Hilbert, of Needville. He lived in the Fairchilds community until 1900, being engaged in farming. He was also a carpenter and contractor and later followed this trade, which took him to many points over the state. After the death of his wife in 1912, he went to Dallas where he has made his home since, among his children. He has been a member of the Lutheran Church since early childhood and was a fine Christian gengleman. Deceased is survived by four children: Mrs. L. E. Banbble; Misses Adelina and Anita Sesinger and Ewalt Sesinger of Dallas; four sisters, Mesdames Adolph Seiler and Adolph Swahr of Fairchilds community; Mrs. Lamar of Laredo and Mrs. Hilbert of Germino, Oklahoma. Mr. Sesinger will be interred at Cesinger-Seiler Cemetery.
