Wife of Ancil Vere Whitlatch. Daughter of Nicholas H. Ewald and Adella May Carson. THE CHARITON LEADER Chariton, Iowa Tuesday, June 17, 1986 RITES TODAY FOR MYRTLE WHITLATCH Myrtle M. Whitlatch, 82, of Chariton died Saturday at Lucas County Health Center. She was a lifelong Lucas County resident. Survivors are two sons, Alvin of Newton and Nick of Concord, Calif.; a daughter, Anna Laura Dinkel of Topeka, Kan.; six grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday (today) at Fielding Funeral Home with the Rev. Chris Manbeck conducting. Burial will be in the Chariton Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Crippled Childrens Hospital.
