The following obituary was published in the Herald Coaster on Mon., November 28, 1983 "Nelson F. Kramer" Funeral services for Nelson F. Kramer, 62 of Needville, were held Monday afternoon at the Immanuel United Church of Christ in Needville with Rev. George R. Kuebler officiating. Burial followed at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Kramer, a retired Texas Gulfland employee and a World War II veteran, died early Saturday morning at his residence following a lengthy illness. He is survived by his wife, Vlasta Kramer of Needville; one son, Gary Kramer of Beaumont; one daughter, Sandra Kramer of Washington, D. C.; two brothers, Luther Kramer of Winnie and Elmore Kramer of Needville; two sisters, Esther Brinkmeyer of Needville and Ornell Myska of Sugar Land; several grandchildren and other relatives. The family requests that memorials be made to the Immanuel United Church of Christ of Needville. * * *
