Bio

Rosary for Jerry F. Miller, 76, was said at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, with Clara Miller officiating. Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, March 10, at St. Theresa Catholic Church of Olney with the Reverend Raymund Mullan, pastor, officiating. Mr. Miller was a farmer and rancher. He was a member of the St. Mary's Assumption Catholic Church and was attending St. Theresa Catholic Church in Olney. He served in the Army during World War II. He served in the American Theater Campaign and received the purple heart and three bronze stars. He received victory medals in the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign. He was a member of the KJTZ, the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars of Seymour, Texas. He was a resident of Megargel most of his life.
