Mildred C. Calhoun, 89, of Hastings, Ne., died Tuesday, February 18, 2003 at her home. Mildred was born December 28, 1913 in Steinauer, Nebraska to John & Barbara Ann (Stemper) Weber. Mildred graduated from Sacred Heart Academy High School, Hebron, Nebraska. She married Archie Calhoun on September 10, 1929 and he preceded her in death in 1990. She was been a resident of Hastings for the past 50 years. She was a homemaker and baby sat for numerous local families. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Archie, an son Richard Calhoun, 2 sisters and 5 brothers.
