Bio

A graveside service will begin at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery for Eva L. Troxel, who died in Vancouver on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2004. She was 89. Mrs. Troxel was born Jan. 20, 1915, in Berwyn, Neb., and lived in the Vancouver area since 1940. Mrs. Troxel retired from Washington Co-op Cannery. She enjoyed camping, dancing, cooking and traveling. Her husband, John T., died in 1995; a daughter, Ramona, died in 1998; and a grandson, Brian, died in 2001. Survivors include one son, James of Vancouver; one brother, Robert Mason of Grand Island, Neb.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements
