Bio

Born to Charles Wallace Quin (1850-1918) & Jane Victoria Kaigler Quin (1852-1939). Martha married Alfred Charles Ittmann (1880-1938) on Dec. 18, 1905, in Pike County, MS. They moved to New Orleans, where they attended Zion Lutheran Church. In 1918, the family lived at 1602 Magazine St., New Orleans. Two children: • Dorothy Beulah Ittmann Edler (1906-1990) • Alfred Charles Ittmann, Jr. (1912-1977) Martha died at age 90. ************************************* From the New Orleans Times-Picayune, Aug. 17, 1976, p. 12: Martha Quin Ittmann, age 90, a resident of Holmesville, Miss. Survived by one son, Alfred C. Ittmann of Metairie, La.; one daughter, Mrs. Joseph Edler of Holmesville, Miss.; one brother, Ashton Quin of Fort Worth, Texas; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at graveside in Metairie Cemetery at 11 a.m. August 17, 1976.
