Born to Charles Wallace Quin (1850-1918) & Jane Victoria Kaigler Quin (1852-1939). Frank was named for his great-uncle Capt. Josephus R. Quin, who died in the Battle of Harrisburg, MS, in the Civil War. Frank married 1) Julia Enez Reeves (1896-1983) on Aug. 24, 1916, in Pike County. Enez had a twin sister, Inez Reeves, and is frequently confused with her. One daughter, Frankie Quinn Nichols (1917-1975). Frank was a veteran of World War I. Frank and Enez later divorced, and he married 2) Elizabeth "Lizzie" Beecher Holmes (1899-1965) on Sept. 6, 1933, in Pike County. Elizabeth was the daughter of Abraham & Fannie Beecher. She had previously been married to Ernie Eugene Holmes and had a son by this marriage, Johnny Leroy Holmes (1917-1985). After Frank died, Lizzie married Burnes Harrison (1904-1955) in 1943. Frank lived in a small house behind the James E. Holmes place, which is next to the Girling home in Holmesville. He and some of his siblings used the Quinn spelling. Others used Quin. Frank died at age 47.
