Bio

She was my great aunt. Her parents were David Francis "Davey" & Frances Catherine "Duck" LEONARD. October 26, 1904 in Tecumseh, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma she married (1) Arley F. WATKINS who died July 9, 1931 (buried Garden Grove Ceme. also) She married (2) William Jackson "Jack" THOMPSON in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma in February 1933. He died March 19 1956 and is also buried Garden Grove Cemetery with his first wife Mattie C. Watkins (the sister of Nellie’s first husband Arley Franklin Watkins). Nellie and her older sister Nancy Ann married brothers (Watkins) to clear up any confusion.
