Minnie Emmel daughter of Henry August and Sophia Hattermann.Minnie Hattermann married John Emmel on December 31,1912. Children are: John Emmel Jr. Sophia Emmel Zikuhr Bertha Emmel Thumann Minnie was a lifelong resident of the Colorado county area.She was a member of St.Paul's Lutheran Church. Mrs.Emmel passed away at 4:30 a.m. Monday,in Renger Hospital,after an illness of 14 months. Funeral services were held for Minnie Emmel,70,Tuesday afternoon January 28,1964 at Hubbard Funeral Home Rev.H.L. Anderson.pastor of St.Paul's Lutheran Church of Columbus,officiated. Pallbearers were Leon Hattermann,Henry Hattermann,Charlie Hattermann Jr.,Melvin Hattermann,Leo Emmel and Clarence Hadash.
