George R. Hattermann son of Henry and Sophia Hattermann.George R. Hattermann married Henrietta H. Schwegmann. Children: Leona Hattermann Balzer Leon Hattermann 4 granddaughters _________________ G. Hattermann Funeral Here Sept.24 Funeral services for George R. Hattermann,70,lifelong resident of the Borden and Oak Grove community,were held Saturday morning,Sept.24,at Weimar United Church of Christ,with burial in Masonic Cemetery.Rev.D.L.R. McDougle officiated. Mr.Hattermann died at his residence of a heart attack on Thursday,Sept.22. Born January 12,1907,at Oak Grove,he was a son of,Henry H. and Sophie (Wern) Hattermann.He married Henrietta Schwegmann on Nov 12,1929.and since that time they had lived in the Borden area,where they were engaged in farming,chiefly egg production. Mr.Hattermann was a member of Weimar United Church of Christ. Pallbearers were John Emmel,Charles Hattermann Jr.,H.A Hattermann,Paul A. Hattermann,Henry Oeltjendiers,and Billy Schwegmann.
