Bio

In 1900, he was living with his parents and siblings in Justice Precinct 3, Fannin County, Texas, where they were farming. The household included: his father, John, born April 1845 in North Carolina of North Carolina parents, married 36 years, a farmer; his mother Lue, age 51, born December 1848 in South Carolina of South Carolina parents, married 36 years, nine living children of 13 born; his brother George, born April 1881 in South Carolina; his sister Minnie, born January 1886 in Texas; his brother Walter, age 12, born September 1887 in Texas; Clara, his sister, born June 1886 in Texas; and Tom, born August 1893 in Texas. His 25 year old brother Will and his wife were living next door.
