Bio

Preston T. Garrett was born in 1902, in Lexington, Oklahoma (Cleveland County). In 1910, Preston was living with his parents in Lexington, on a farm they owned free and clear, next to his Uncle John Garrett. The household included his parents, his brother Teddy, age 5, born in Oklahoma; and his stepsister Flora Doty, age 17, born in Oklahoma. In 1920, Preston was still living with his parents on the farm they owned in Lexington. His brother Teddy was still in the household. Preston died three years later and was buried in Lexington Cemetery.
