A Funeral Service for Mrs. Mary L. Keene Trusty, 86 year old Leonard resident, is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday November 30, 2016 at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard. Charles Wrenn will officiate. Burial will be in the Indian Creek Cemetery. Family visitation will be Tuesday November 29, 2016 from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard. Mary was born April 9, 1930 at Ivanhoe. Her parents were Malcolm Dewey and Cora Belle Darnell Keene. She married Billie Ondus Trusty December 24, 1948 at Bonham, Texas. She worked as a seamstress, was a member of the Baptist Church and enjoyed attending the activities at the Trenton Community Center. She passed away at the Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman Sunday November 27, 2016. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Shelia and A.L. Bullock of Leonard; her grandson: Darrell Bullock of Van Alstyne; her granddaughter and husband: Marla and Dean Jones of Hughes Springs; her great grandson: Charlie Jones of Hughes Springs and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Ruby Stephens, Maudie Helvey and Donzetta McCraw and one brother, Oscar Keene.
