Bio
Laura Mae Case was born in Lincoln County, Arkansas, a daughter of Benjamin and Annie Monroe McGriff. She was a Baptist. Laura was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Ray Case; five brothers, Ben McGriff, Earnest McGriff, Oscar McGriff, Euel McGriff and Veto McGriff; and three sisters, Ivay Moran, Vida Petty and Dell Green. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Earline and Frank Long of Star City; a sister Mattie Goins of Louisana; four grandchildren, Deborah Cook, Laura Shepherd, Franklin Long and Scott Long; and five great-grandchildren. Burial in Leek-Drake cemetery by Griffin Funeral Service, with Brother Jimmy Tooke, Brother Tom Lamb and Brother Michael Powell officiating. Laura was a homemaker.
