Bio

The second frame church at Tours, Texas was built in 1887 and completed in 1888. Over twenty priests were present on the day the new church was dedicated. A few days after this great event, on February 9, 1888, Aloysius Kolar died and was buried the next day with a Requiem Mass from the new church.
