Miss Caroline Kolar Passes Away Here Miss Caroline Kolar, age 72, passed away at her home here at 6 p.m. Monday, following an extended illness. Funeral services were held from the residence at 9 a.m. and at the Catholic church at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Rev. E.J. Polcak officiating. Burial was in the Catholic cemetery. Miss Kolar was born in Czechoslovakia, coming to this country when a young woman. For a time the family resided in south Texas, later moving to Penelope where they remained until 1900 when they moved to West. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. J.D. Hajek and Miss Annie Kolar, of West, Mrs. Frances Zeman, of Czechoslovakia; two brothers, Fr. and John Kolar of this community.
