Oak Duncan, Ok 73533 (580) 255-5252 Alfred Glenn Butler was born February 26, 1928 at Center Point, Oklahoma and departed this life Thursday, May 27, 2010 near Walters, Oklahoma at the age of 82 years. Alfred was born the son of Elmer and Lillie Mae Albin Butler. He graduated from the Ringling High School. Was a retired consultant in the oil and gas industry. He came to Duncan from Ardmore and was a member of the Graceway Baptist Church in Duncan. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Duncan VFW. He loved fishing, playing golf and watching all types of sports. He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers, two sisters and a step son. Survivors include his best friend Mary Jo Butler of Duncan, Oklahoma; son Robert Glenn "Bob" Butler of Cedar Rapids, Idaho; a daughter Sherry Barracks of Springdale, Arkansas; a step daughter Katrina Minnick of Moore, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and 2 step grandchildren.
