Bio
Lillian Ellen Jobe, age 76, of Del City, passed away at her home June 12, 2002 after a long illness. Born November 1, 1925 to Elmer and Lillie Mae Butler in Morehouse, Missouri, she moved to the Ringling area as a small child. Lillian was a member of First Southern Baptist Church of Del City where she was very active and taught Sunday School for many years. She was married to Lawrence C. Jobe in 1944 and he survives of the home. Other survivors include their two sons and their wives, Richard and Josie Jobe of Midwest City and Ronald and Cheryl Jobe of Del City; one daughter and her husband, Mary Ellen and Bruce Davis of Norman; three brothers, Jim, Alf and Walk Butler, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at First Southern Baptist Church of Del City with a 2:30 p.m. graveside at the Ringling Cemetery, Ringling, Oklahoma. {Obituary provided by Charles Walker}
