Anton Hlavenka Of Tours Dies; Funeral Friday Funeral services for Anton F. (Butch) Hlavenka of Tours will be held today, Friday, February 14, at 11 a.m. at St. Martin's Catholic Church in Tours. Rev. Ed. Geiser will officiate with burial in St. Martin's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Hlavenka died Wednesday afternoon at his home in Tours. He was born in Industry, moving to Tours in 1900 and had lived there since. He was a retired farmer and a member of St. Martin's Church and KJT Lodge. He was 76. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Joe Hlavenka, August Hlavenka and Andrew Hlavenka, all of Dallas; four daughters, Mrs. Irene Matus and Miss Rose Hlavenka both of Dallas, Mrs. Evelyn Barath of Illinois and Mrs. Helen Marak of Irving; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Knapek of Penelope, Miss Frances Hlavenka and Mrs. Albina Schutza, both of Tours; 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are Louie Dulock, Herman R. Grimm, August Steinocher, Joe J. Podsednik, Edward Podsednik, and Charlie Fajkus. Kotch Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
