Married Jan 14 1932 NE ------------------------------------------ HUBERT CHLOUPEK SERVICES HELD Funeral services for Hubert Chloupek, 48. were held at the Steele Funeral Home Chapel in Litchfield Thursday, Febr. 25, the Rev. J.E. McSweeney of Pleasanton, officiating. Burial was in the Litchfield cemetery. Pallbearers were Ray Vian, Joe Krepcik, Albin Bunda, Emil Vandra, William Skala and Ed Sekutera. Born at Dwight, Butler county, Nebraska, Nov. 3, 1905, to Anton and Agnes Chloupek, he moved to Seward. Nebraska where he grew to manhood. He married Lucille Kominek also of Seward. To this union were born three children who survive him. In 1937 he moved to Litchfield where he made his home for the remainder of his life engaged in farming. Survivors are his wife, Lucille, daughters, Bernadene, of Minden, Sandra and son Richard at home. Also his mother, Mrs. Agnes Chloupek, Huntsville, Mo., brothers, Anton and James, Huntsville, Mo., sister, Mrs. Ann Komnik [sic], Minden and Mrs. Pauline Chermak, Boulder, Colo. His father and one brother preceded him in death. Relatives and friends attending the funeral were from Grand Island, Hayes Center, Ogallala, Bennington, Seward, Lincoln, Chapman, Gothenburg, Shelby, Ulysses, Brady, Osceola, Staplehurst, Broken Bow, Bee, David City, Omaha, Brainard, Burwell, Minden, Colorado and Missouri.
