Biography: Born in Upshur Co., Texas, the son of Ambrous Franklin Knight (1873 – 1958) and Mary Elizabeth Loyless Knight (1878 – 1950), he married Ruby A. Joslin (1908 – 1999), and their children were Ramona Velma Knight born 1927, Glenn Earl Knight (1929 – 2006), Billy Dale Knight born 1934 and Charles Guan Knight born 1936.
