Bio

Edna T. Dewey, 90, of Lexington, Nebraska, died Friday, April 2, 2010, at Elwood Care Center in Elwood. Edna was born October 19, 1919, at Overton, Nebraska, to Mike and Eva (Warner) Barta. She then cleaned houses for Social Services and volunteered many hours at the Grand Generation Center for 18 years. She loved being with the folks at the Center. She enjoyed playing Bingo and playing her penny and five-cent machines at Rosebud. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and so enjoyed going when she was able. Edna was proud of her family and enjoyed family gatherings and hearing all the details of everyone's lives. She will be so very missed by all who knew and loved her.
