Richard (Lefty) Edward Uptmor, 59, of Waco died Saturday morning Feb. 13 in a Waco hospital. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Monday at Lakeview United Methodist Church, Dr. Ervin Gathings, Rev. Dale Waser and Rev. Lawrence Junek officiating. Burial was in West Brethern Cemetery in West. Survivors include: his wife, Anna V. Uptmor of Waco; one daughter, Martha Ann Uptmor of Waco; one son, Barry William Uptmor of Baytown; two sisters, Lillian Beckham of Waco and Helen Kohutek of Houston; three brothers, Jody Uptmor of Hallsburg, A.J. Uptmor of China Spring, and A.F. Uptmor of Waco; three aunts, Mrs. Ed (Agatha) Deiterman of West, Mrs. Theodora (Theresa) Rauschhuber of West and Mrs. Louis (Otillia) Deiterman of Temple; two uncles, John Maca of Kingsville and Frank Uptmor of Pleasanton; his mother-in-law, Mrs. John A. (Emily) Hegar; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Pallbearers: Danny Uptmore, Terry Uptmore, Robby Don Uptmor, Richard Uptmor, Jerry Uptmor, Gene Crone.
