Jody T. Uptmore, 76, died Oct 4, 1990 in Hallsburg TX. Services at Wilkirson Hatch chapel, burial in Rosemound Cemetery. He was born in Tours TX on Oct 15, 1913. On March 24, 1938 he married Helen Beckham in Lorena. He was employed at Baylor University and farmed in the Lorena and Hallsburg areas. He was a Catholic. Survivors include: wife, Mrs. Helen Uptmore of Hallsburg TX; daughter, Mrs. Gene (Jo Ann) Crone of Elk Grove Village ILL; son, Robby Don Uptmore of Elk TX; sister, Mrs. Lillian Beckham of Waco TX; brother A.J.
