White, a resident of the state of Texas, county of Bowie, desiring to make provision for the settlement of my affairs while I have the strength and mind so to do, and being now of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this, My Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills, codicils, and testamentary documents by me at any time heretofore made, published or declared. ARTICLE I It is my desire and I so direct that all of my just debts be paid out of my estate as soon as may be practical by my executrix hereinafter named and I further desire and direct hat I be given a decent and Christian like burial in keeping with my position in life and that the expenses of my said burial and last illness be paid out of my estate as soon as may be possible. ARTICLE II I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real, personal or mixed of which I may die seized and possessed or to which I may become entitled, to my beloved wife, Addie White, to have and to hold in fee simple and absolute without restrictions or reservations of any kind, character or description. ARTICLE III I name, nominate constitute and appoint my said beloved wife, Addie White, as independent executrix of my estate and direct that no bond be required of her and that no action be had or taken in the administration of my estate other than to probate this, My Last Will and Testament, and the making and filing of inventory, appraisement and list of claims and that my said independent executrix be entirely free and independent to act without the intervention of any person or court whatsoever.
