Bio

Loretta Schnell, 74, of Olney, died at 10:30 a.m. August 30, 2000, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield. Burial will be in Maple Dale Cemetery in Olney. Mrs. Schnell was born August 22, 1926, in Richland County, the daughter of Lee and Stella (Shockey) Harmon. She married Leo Perry Schnell March 5, 1944, in Noble. He precceded her in death February 18, 1992.She was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Cchurch in Olney. Mrs. Schnell is survived by a son, William Lee Schnell and his wife, Roslie, of Noble; a sister, Ruth Eyer, of Olney and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
