Services held Monday For Mrs. Svacek Mrs. Millie Svacek, 77, of 509 South Davis, West, died Friday afternoon in a Hillsboro hospital after a short illness. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the First United Church of Christ in West, Rev. Otto Marshall officiated. Burial was in the West Brethren Cemetery. Mrs. Svacek was a native of New Sweden and was a member of the West Presbyterian Church. Her husband, Albin Svacek, died April 18, 1967. Survivors are three sons, Alfred A. Svacek of Fort Worth, Harry L. Svacek, Sr., of West, and Ben Svacek of Los Angeles, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Elfie R. Merenda of Dallas and Mrs. Norma Pustejovsky of Mount Calm; two brothers, Joe Jirasek of Houston and John Jirasek of Taylor; four sisters, Mrs. Otillie Matysek of Taylor, Mrs. Sadie Jirasek of Temple, Mrs. Albina Sawey of Dallas and Mrs. Dora Wilson of Pasadena; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
