Rotha Forni owned the plot. ∼ (Ref: CARLSBAD CURRENT-ARGUS, Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexico, reads as follows: FREDERICK FORNI SHERIDAN, WYO.-- Frederick Thomas Forni, 48, of Sheridan, Wyo., died Friday, March 1, 1996, at home. Services are set for 1 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church of Sheridan with the Rev. Kenneth J. Doolin officiating. Burial will be at Sheridan Municipal Cemetery with graveside military rites conducted by the American Legion and the Wyoming National Guard with arrangements by Champion Funeral Home. Mr. Forni was born Feb. 21, 1948, in Carlsbad to Frank Albert and Patsy Ruth Fletcher Forni. He served in the U.S. Navy from Nov. 30, 1966, to March 22, 1972. He married Rotha C. Norlin Dec. 1, 1979, in Wright, Wyo. The couple lived in Gillette Area for 10 years before moving to Sheridan six years ago. Mr. Forni was a journeyman electrician for 20 years until disabled. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sheridan. He was preceded in death by brothers, Johnny Ray and Frank Jr. He is survived by wife Rotha of Sheridan; sons, Clay N. Forni of Sheridan and Fredrick T. Forni of Arizona; daughters, Emily R. and Patsy J. Forni of Sheridan and Shawna M. Wilcox of Raton; mother, Patsy Ruth Frerich Forni of Carlsbad; maternal grandfather, Lucian Fletcher of Artesia; sisters, Beth Ackman of Carlsbad and Donna Estes of Albuquerque; three nephews, two nieces and numerous aunts and uncles. Memorials should be dedicated for the Frederick Thomas Forni Childrens Fund in care of Delpine Toner, First Interstate Bank, Sheridan, Wyo., 82801.
