Joe J. Podsednik, 68, Dies Rites To Be Friday Joe J. Podsednik, 68, of Route 2, West, died Tuesday in a Houston hospital after a short illness. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Martin's Catholic Church in Tours by Rev. Frank Miller. Requiem mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Martin's Catholic Church in Tours with Rev. Frank Miller as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, at West. Mr. Podsednik operated the Birome Gin. He had been a ginner and grain dealer in the West-Tours area. He was a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church of Tours. Survivors are his wife; his mother, Mrs. Frances Podsednik of Route 2, West; two daughters, Mrs. William J. (Mary Frances) Klaus of Route 2, West, and Mrs. A.J. (Helen Jo) Muska, Jr., of West; two sisters, Mrs. August Steinocher of Route 2, West, and Mrs. Kenneth Averiett of Fort Worth; and five grandchildren.
