Mrs. Joe Bezdek's Last Rites Held Here Tuesday Mrs. Joe F. Bezdek, who was 57 years old, died at 9:15 a.m. Sunday in a Hillsboro hospital. She had lived in Abbott all her life. Funeral services for Mrs. Bezdek were held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, November 13, at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Abbott, Texas. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery at West. Rosary was recited at Aderhold's Chapel at 7 p.m. Monday. Survivors include her husband, a farmer, and three sons, Jerry Bezdek of Abbott, Joe Bezdek of Lubbock and Danny Bezdek of Fort Worth; five daughters, Mrs. Mary Dudik and Mrs. Josephine Makovy, both of Mt. Calm, Mrs. Evelyn Hanak of Arlington, Mrs. Irene James of Waco and Mrs. Dorothy Dyer of Houston; two brothers, Raymond Vochoska and Adolph Vochoska, both of West; one sister, Mrs. Katie Krizan of Waco; and 14 grandchildren.
