Frank J. Veselka, Jr., 78, of Bellmead died January 30 at a local hospital. Rosary was recited February 1 at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated today (Thursday, February 2) at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Bellmead with Father Timothy Vaverek as Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mr. Veselka was born December 6, 1916 , in West. He was a retired radio and television technician. He was an avid gardener. He was also a member of the K.J.T. Lodge #118, RVOS #32 and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Bellmead. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mollie Veselka, and his brother, Anton Veselka, who died July 25, 1994. He is survived by three sisters, Dorothy Phelps of Lacy Lakeview, Mathilda Nors of Northcrest and Frances Lednicky of Lacy Lakeview, and several nieces and nephews.
