Bio

Frank R. Mynar, age 66, of Rt. 2, West, passed away Friday, September 23, 1994, in a Waco hospital. Rosary was recited by Rev. Isidore Rozycki, 8 p.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated 3 p.m. Sunday in St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption with Rev. Melvin Dornak as celebrant. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mr. Mynar was born April 9, 1928, in West and had lived in the West area all of his life. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West and the KJT Society No. 31 of West. He was an employee of West Feed Mill and Jupe Mills of West for a number of years. He married Danelle Urbish on February 7, 1950, in West. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Frank Joe Mynar of West, David Mynar of Hewitt and Michael Mynar of Weatherford; five daughters, Diana Berger of Tours, Carolyn Sumner of Houston, Patricia Mynar and Susal Miller, both of West, and Cynthia Mynar of College Station; a brother, Edward Mynar of Rt. 2, West; seven sisters, Rosie Urbish, Mary Lander, Lillie Hromadka, Agnes Atkins, and Frances Chase, all of West, Willie Mae Cervenka of Waco and Josephine Smith of Dallas; and 11 grandchildren. Active pallbearers were Ray Hromadka, Jr., John Mynar, Jr., Ronnie Cervenka, Robert Atkins, Thomas Mynar, Roger Chase, Joe Smith and Anthony Peterson. Kotch Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
