Tim Karlik, 55, Dies; Rites Set For Saturday Bohuslav (Tim) Karlik, Rt. 1, died at 1:30 a.m. Thursday, February 11 at his residence. He was 55. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday in Kotch Funeral Home Chapel. Requiem mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption with Rev. B.J. Zientek as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mr. Karlik was born in West and had lived in the West area all his life. He was employed by J.B. Park Humble Products and was also a farmer. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West. Survivors are 2 brothers, Frank Karlik and Joe Karlik, both of West; 4 sisters, Miss Mary Karlik and Mrs. Frances Kolar, Rt. 1, West, Mrs. Christine Kolar and Mrs. Rosie Holacek, both of West; and several nieces and nephews.
