Jerry Hutyra is Buried Wednesday Jerry G. Hutyra, age 37, died at 10:25 p.m. Monday in a Temple hospital where he had been for some time. Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Catholic Church in West, the Rev. E.J. Polcak officiating. Interment was in the Catholic Cemetery. American Legion Post No. 478 of West was in charge of graveside services. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Aderhold's Chapel. Deceased was born in this community and had lived here all his life. Following service in World War II, he opened a rural grocery store here on Route 1, operating the store until his health failed. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Louise Hutyra; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vinc Hutyra; three daughters, Doris Louise, Martha Ann, and Geraldine Hutyra; two brothers, Edwin Hutyra and Robert Hutyra; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Macicek of Hillsboro and Mrs. Ben Vanek of Itasca.
