Jerry W. Hornak Dies in Waco Funeral services for Jerry William Hornak, 47, who died in a Waco hospital Sunday, were held at West Church of the Assumption Tuesday, Rev. E.J. Polcak officiated. Burial was in the St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary had been recited at Aderhold Chapel Monday evening. Mr. Hornak, a night watchman for Robinson Packing Company in Waco, suffered a heart attack while on the job Sunday morning and died later at the hospital. He was a native of West and lived in Granger for 15 years before moving to Waco last year. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Annie Hornak of Granger; his mother, Mrs. Frank Hornak of West; a son, Lawrence of Austin, Miss Rita Hornak, and Miss Delma Hornak, both of Granger; two brothers, Adolph Hornak of West and Edward Hornak of Waco; two sisters, Mrs. Ernest Cinek of Hillsboro and Mrs. Grady Calvery of Waco.
