Frank Hornak Buried Saturday Frank Hornak, age 62, passed away at his home here on Thursday, September 2. Funeral services were held at the Catholic Church at 8 a.m. Saturday, Rev. E.J. Polcak officiating. Burial was in the Catholic Cemetery. Mr. Hornak was born in Czechoslovakia. He came to this country as a boy and farmed in the Menlow community for many years, retiring a few years ago. He had been in ill health for several months. Surviving are: his widow; three sons, Eddie and Adolph Hornak of West and Jerry Hornak of Granger; two daughters, Miss Mary Hornak of West and Mrs. Ernest Cinek of Vaughan.
