Funeral services For Adolf Hornak To Be Friday Adolf Hornak, 58, of Route 1, West, died Wednesday afternoon in a West doctor's office. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday at West Catholic Church of the Assumption. Rev. James Quilter will officiate with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Thursday, June 18. Mr. Hornak was born in West and had lived here all his life. He was a farmer and a member of the Church of Assumption. He was also a member of the SPJST Lodge. Survivors are a son, Albert Hornak of West; his mother, Mrs. Frank Hornak of West; one brother, Ed Hornak of Waco; two sisters, Mrs. Frances Cinek of West and Mrs. Mary Calvery of Waco.
