Death Claims Mrs. Julia Ceska Funeral services were held at 9:00 a.m. at St. Martin's Church, Tours, for Mrs. Julia Ceska, 75. Mrs. Ceska died at her home at 6:50 p.m. April 25, in Waco. She was a former Tours resident. Father J.T. Geiser and Father Geo. Doskocil officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at 8:00 p.m. Friday at Wilkerson and Hatch Chapel in Waco. Mrs. Ceska was born in Holesovice, Czechoslovakia, and came to the United States in 1903. She came to Waco in 1906 when she was married to Frank Ceska in Waco. Survivors are her husband; two sons, Steve Ceska of Prairie Hill and Otis Ceska of Waco; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Harmacek of Gregory, S.D., Mrs. Julia Pochobradsky of Ennis and Mrs. Lillie Hawkins of Temple; one sister, Mrs. Lewis Soukup; one brother, Lewis Jaska; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was a member of St. Mary's Church of the Assumption and a former member of St. Martin's Catholic Church at Tours.
