Overton, Nebr. ====================== The Nelson Gazette (Nelson, NE), Thursday, December 14, 1972; pg. 3 Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Pavelka, 82, a longtime resident of Lawrence, were Tuesday, December 12, 1972 at 10 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Church at Lawrence with Rev. John Kelly officiating. Scripture services were Monday at 7:30 p.m. Burial was in St. Martin cemetery near Deweese. She was a resident of the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Nelson since October 1966. She died Sunday at the Superior hospital. Survivors are a son, Joseph, Glenvil; two daughters, Mrs. Victor Hubl, Stockton, California, and Mrs. Howard Brockman, Lawrence; 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Ed Koza, David City and Mrs. Paul Shovline, Kearney; five brothers, Frank, Ed, Louis and Anton Ourada, Overton and John, Elm Creek. The Merten-Butler Funeral Home at Blue Hill was in charge.
