Kintigh were united in marriage at the residence of the bride's parents in south Hand County, Wednesday, April 25th, 1900. At 8:00 PM the contracting parties entered the parlor to the sweet strains of a wedding march executed by Mrs. Richardson, an accomplished musician, who was one of the guests. Rev. E. P. Swartout pronounced the ceremony which united the happy couple in the holy bonds of matrimony, in the presence of about forty invited guests. Miss Idessa Kintigh, sister of the bride acted as bridesmaid and E. Phillips as best man. After the ceremony the company sat down to a most bounteous supper, and were handsomely entertained during the evening. The bride is a highly educated and accomplished young lady and has been one of hand counties most popular school teachers. The groom is a prosperous young farmer and stock dealer and both have the best wishes of a host of friends.
