Bio

Faye B. Blunt, 86, of Eloy and Tucson, died Jan. 13, 1998 in Tucson. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Valley Funeral Home Chapel. The graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Eloy Memorial Park, with the Rev. Harvey Williamson officiating. Mrs. Blunt was born Sept 16, 1911 in Hill County, Texas. An Arizona resident for 63 years, she owned Rogers Pumping Co. She formerly lived in New Mexico. Survivors include two daughters, Romelda Meyer, of Virginia and Charlene Jackson, of Tucson; a son, Buford W. Rogers, of Tennessee; two sisters, Monet Bean and Rachel Barron, both of New Mexico; a brother, Quincey Wallace, of New Mexico; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
