Joseph Shipley Services Held Funeral services for Joseph Raymond Shipley, 61, of 11615 South Harrison Avenue, Lynwood, were held Wednesday from the Emerson and White Mortuary, Whittier. Mr. Shipley who died February 20, 1955, in a Los Angeles hospital was a native of American Fork, Utah, had made his home in the Los Angeles area for the past 30 years. He is survived by the widow, Lavina "Vinnie"; two sisters, Mrs Naomia Brown of Los Angeles and Mrs. Erma Boll of Huntington Park; and two borthers, Warren, of Torrance, and Clarence, of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Interment was at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
