STELLA W. TICE, 89, of Oxford, PA, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2009, at Ware Presbyterian Village in Oxford, PA. She was the wife of James C. Tice, who passed away in 2000, and with whom she shared 62 years of marriage. Born in Big Stone Gap, VA, she was the daughter of the late Emerson and Sarah Robinette Wells. She was a secretary for 10 years for Wyeth Laboratories. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Kennett Square. She enjoyed crocheting and gardening. Stella is survived by one daughter, Katherine L. Nesbitt, one son, Richard C. Tice, one sister, Margaret Roat, one brother Guy Wells, three grandchildren, one great grandchild, and many nieces, nephews,great nieces and great nephews, and many, many cousins.
