Anna Wilhelmine Heidrich McDavid Newspaper and date unknown Funeral Services Held For Mrs. McDavid Funeral services were held for Mrs. Annie Heidrich McDavid, of Paige at the home of her mother-in-law, Mrs. J.S. Holmes, and Mr. Holmes, on Tuesday afternoon, June 2, at 3 o'clock, with burial in the Ridgeway Cemetery. Rev. Doering of the Full Gospel Church in Lexington was in charge of the services. Mrs. McDavid died in the local hospital on Sunday afternoon May, 31, at 5:30, from a blood stream infection following an illness of a few hours. Pall bearers were Frank Reed, Wesley Rochke, John Matitza, Garrett Lehman, Cicil Harrison, and Fritz Zanders, all of Page. Mrs. McDavid was born in Shiner, Texas, October 10, 1902, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Heidrich. She was married to Ollie McDavid in Cuero, Texas on October 7, 1929. A member of the Lutheran Church, she was an earnest church worker. She was an accomplished musician and loving wife and mother. She is survived by her husband and three daughters, Mabel Marie, Peggy Ann, and Polly Lucille, all of Paige; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Heidrich of Moulton: three brothers, Willie Heidrich of Hallettsville; Charles and Adolph Heidrich of Moulton; Six sisters, Mrs. Eddie Hagens, Mrs. Henry Lockstedt, Mrs. Arthur Wagner, Mrs. Theo Joost of Moulton; Mrs. Elo Voelkel of Yoakum, Mrs. E.E. Rhodes of El Paso. Those from out of town attending the funeral were Mrs. T.J. Smith, Mrs. Frank Carter, Mrs. Cora Northcut and August Homuth of Smithville; Mrs. A. Lendes, Mrs. Lewis Eastman and little son, and Mr. and Mrs. Yates Bowers of LaGrange; Carol Butler and family and Mrs. Chas.
