Bio
Born to Joseph and Rosalie Baier Wanke in Austria. She married Alexander Wolf on May 23, 1893. She was the mother of 11 children, 5 daughters (two became nuns), and 6 sons. ---------- Mrs. Rosalie Wolf Buried at Tours Mrs. Rosalie Wolf, age 79, passed away at her home in the Tours community at 9:40 a.m. Sunday. Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Martin's Catholic Church in Tours, the Rev. J. T. Geiser officiating. Burial was in St. Martin's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday at her residence. Surviving are five sons, Elois, Charlie, and John of West, Rt. 2, Leo of San Antonio, Joe of Leroy; five daughters, Frances of Brownsville, Sister Caroline, Lady of Victory Fort Worth, Rosie Younce of Waco, Elizabeth, Route 2, West, Sister Luctria, Our Lady of Lake, San Antonio; one brother, Willie Wanke of San Antonio; one sister, Mrs. Julius Filer, Route 2, West; and 18 grandchildren.
