Paul Gilbert passed away Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008. Funeral: 1 p.m. Wednesday, Arlington Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Arlington Funeral Home. Memorials: may be made to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital or Shriner's Burn Hospital. Published in the Star-Telegram on 9/22/20 ************************************************************ My Obit for Uncle Mutt...... Robert Paul "Mutt" Gilbert passed away this morning at around 4 AM. He had been in failing health for several months and had cancer of the lungs and liver. He was the son and fourth child of William Asbury and Annie Violet Hartis Gilbert. Uncle Mutt was born in 1917 in Caney, Atoka, Oklahoma. He is survied by: 3 children, Billy Paul of Ft Worth, Sherry and husband Joe Boone of Cleburne, Tx and Colon Orville 'Butch' and wife Kathy of Riverside, Ca. 4 brothers, Herbert H of Bullhead City, Az. , Melvin R , Carl Jack and wife Betty, and Ralph Eugene all of Arlington, He is also survived by ten grand children and several great grand children and loads of neices, nephews and friends. He was preceeded in death by one daughter, Diane and his wife Theresa.
