Bio

When Joseph Carl Horn was born on December 24, 1895, in Red Rock, Oklahoma, his father, John, was 50 and his mother, Johanna, was 36. He married Jessie Bell Brigham on November 25, 1925, in Guthrie, Oklahoma. They had two children during their marriage. He died on June 11, 1982, in his hometown at the age of 86, and was buried in Perry, Oklahoma.
