James Curtis Mills, age 56, of 1726 White Oak Dr., Houston, Texas died on Sep. 12, 1946 in Memorial Hospital, Houston. He was born in Blum, Hill County, Texas on May 20th, 1890 to Thomas Benton Mills and Nancy ELizabeth Ferguson Mills. He was survived by his wife, Annie Pratt Mills.
