Bio

Mrs. Louise Burns was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church. She had lived in Alice, Texas since 1958. Mrs. Burns was the co-owner of the Highway Motel in Alice, Texas. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and a charter member of Campfire Girls for 50 years. Mrs. Burns helped organize the Presbyterian Church at Wink, Texas. Survived by two daughters - Mrs. Bobbie McKnight and Mrs. Mary Smith; two sisters - Mrs. W.H. Rawlings and Mrs. Lessye Tackett; one brother - Jesse P Tackett; two grandchildren.
